2. Eligibility for RefundsDesign Services:
Refunds for design services are available within 14 days of the initial payment, provided that no more than two rounds of revisions have been completed. We retain 60% of the payment to cover design work already performed, as we must compensate our designers.
Merchandise: Custom merchandise is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund.
3. Refund ProcessInitiating a Refund:

Assessment:
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
4. Unlimited Revisions and Partial RefundsUnlimited Revisions:
For most products, we offer unlimited revisions. However, if we are unable to reach an agreement due to client dissatisfaction despite multiple revisions, we retain 60% of the payment to compensate our designers for their work.
In Progress Projects: If you decide to cancel a project that is already in progress, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. We will assess the project status and provide a fair refund accordingly.
Completed Work: Refunds are not available for completed work that has been approved and delivered.
5. Mistakes and Full Refunds If Our Mistake:
In the event that a mistake is 100% our fault, such as incompetence or grave errors, we will provide a full refund.
6. Branding and Material CostsBranding Projects:
For branding projects, if we have already purchased materials, we will only provide a partial refund to cover the cost of these materials.
7. Deposits and DeadlinesDeposits:
Deposits are forfeited if the client cannot meet their deadline, but we offer a 60-day grace period to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Your files are retained for 180 days before deletion.
8. Retention and Destruction of FilesFile Retention:
We retain client files for a minimum of 180 days before they are destroyed. This ensures that clients have ample time to request any necessary adjustments or additional copies of their files.
