Creating a simple business plan can vary depending on the complexity of the business and the level of detail required. However, our four-week business coaching journey is designed to help you develop a comprehensive plan within this timeframe.

During the 90-minute calls each week, we will work on different portions of your business plan. By the end of the four-week program, you will have a complete business plan, a stunning logo on premium business cards, a user-friendly responsive layout, and cohesive branding throughout.

The process is structured as follows:

‍Week 1: Gathering information and creating a quick outline. This includes understanding the market, competitors, and target audience. We'll also begin developing your logo, brand colors, and website layout.

‍Week 2: Drafting key sections such as the business overview, market analysis, organizational structure, products or services, marketing plan, and financial projections. Finalizing designs for logos, business cards, website design, and social media optimization.

‍Week 3: Continuing the drafting process and refining content. By this stage, business cards should have arrived, and we'll implement and test the website.

‍Week 4: Reviewing and finalizing the entire plan to ensure clarity and coherence. This final week includes the launch of your new website and the reveal of logo designs to your audience with all marketing materials and printed merchandise ready to go.
